 Greg's communication and focus were excellent in a challenging situation as we attempted to buy a property in the US while living overseas. We eventually moved to the area and continued looking and Greg was again very focused on helping us find a special property. At Greg's suggestion we looked at an area we had not previously considered and it turned out to be exactly what we were looking for. Greg has a great background in various trades and was able to answer all our house questions. He was efficient and patient and we would recommend him without hesitation for your home search.

  I reached out to Mr. Haff when we knew we wanted to move to GA. He helped me view homes in my price range and with the requirements needed while out-of-state and even helped us find a wonderful mortgage broker. Once we were able to set up a week to visit the area, Mr. Haff gave us a list of homes to visit over 3 days. His extensive knowledge in home construction and repairs allowed us to obtain important information on each of the homes seen. Every day we found at least one home we wanted to bid on. He walked us through the whole process as we've never owned a home before. By the time we left for home, we had an acceptance letter in hand! During the next 6 weeks he was available to answer any questions that arose from our inexperience and helped resolve issues between us and the seller. We closed on the home just last week. We couldn't have completed all this, in the VERY SHORT timeframe we have available to us, without Mr. Haff's expert assistance.

As first time homebuyers, my husband and I didn't know what we were doing to be honest. Greg walked us through the entire process step by step. We especially appreciated his construction and contracting background which was extremely helpful with assessing homes in terms of what work would be needed along with making educated estimates regarding costs. Greg also has great connections with credible lenders, closing attorneys, inspectors, etc so we really did not have to look outside of his excellent recommendations for anything throughout the process. We were able to get pre-approved, find our first home, and close in just a few months despite working a difficult seller. 

Thanks to Greg, we were able to make it to the closing table and finalize the deal!! 

Greg was realistic, honest, and he educated us. We were never pressured into making decisions before we were ready and he did a great job in facilitating us in making the best decisions for our family. He was professional and pleasant, and we are so happy we were able to find a realtor who truly cares for his clients and their well being. This is my seller review.  

In short, Greg does his homework on the market to help you price it to get top dollar. When the offers started pouring in, he was extremely well organized, was highly professional with the buyers' agents, and ensured that getting to the closing table was a drama-free event. In the end, he helped us get $75k OVER ask

 Purchasing a home in GA was a 2yr process, with lots of dips and unpredictability.
But Greg was always there building a bridge to possibility. A multi-disciplined
specialist in real estate and years of building and renovation expertise. He can scan
your home and reveal points of interest, value, and liability. It was good fortune to
cross paths with him, and I'm grateful for the care he takes in his field and his

This is the 16th house we've purchased. We know what good looks like. Greg was the most creative in helping find something in this insane market, calm and professional with the negotiation, and made the purchase process easy.  The longer story...  In Oct, I called Greg. Me: "Hey, we found a street with amazing views. We want to look at buying a house." Greg: "Great. Send me the listing." Me: "Yeah....there isn't one." Greg: "OK. Do you know about one coming up." Me: "Nope." Greg: "Got it. So, you want to look in the area?" Me: "No...we want to be on the one street. Oh, and we need a 3-car garage, want the master on the second floor, and won't buy it unless it's high enough up the mountain for the view." Greg: "Got it. Let me get to work."  Fast forward 45 days. Greg goes and finds 3 different houses - none of which are currently on the market. One is getting ready to go on the market at the end of Dec. They won't let us see the house, but they do send us the pics. Greg guided us really well in the fact that, in this market, there will likely be a bidding war. If we want the house, we need to move before it hits the market. So, working with Greg, we send them an unsolicited offer based on the pics. They accept.  Without going thru a lot of details, suffice it to say that our home inspection turned up some pretty serious issues. So much, that we considered walking....to the point that we asked Greg to show us another house in the neighborhood. Here's where his professionalism and client-focused touch really showed thru. He knew we were annoyed with the issues. He gave us a chance to look at other properties, and in doing so did it in a way that got us to look past our frustration with the process on the contracted property.  Once we got that all solved, he helped guide us to the close - doing all the coordination required to get from the offer to the close.  In the end, I look at the house we got and the price we paid. In this market, I'm amazed by what we did. And, 100%, we don't get this house (and certainly not at this price) without the work that Greg did.  In short, if you are a buyer, you need to work wit
