Greg, a former Sales Manager and VP of Sales & Operations, has decided to follow in his late father’s footsteps and pursue his own career in real estate. A native of Colonie, New York, Greg has lived in metro Atlanta since 1999 and Marietta since 2004. He holds a BS in Interdisciplinary Engineering & Management which led to 20+ years of technical sales roles, but his passion has always been surrounded by homes.
In his youth, contractors replaced the siding on his house and they allowed him to help in exchange for some hands-on training. They introduced tape measures & power tools sparking a love of homes as a pre-teen. Prior to college Greg worked in a lumber and building materials department helping customers with their home renovation projects. In addition to technical sales roles, Greg has 9+ years as a flooring contractor, framer, roofer, trim carpenter, handyman and 3.5 years as an insurance agent. Greg can walk into a house and look beyond the current condition and see the potential of what that house can be. A home. Your home!
Greg is married to his wife of 20 years T.K., they live with their two children Aletta & Brady who attend school in East Cobb. When not showing houses, Greg can be found on the tennis court or at his kid's volleyball or baseball games.

I reached out to Mr. Haff when we knew we wanted to move to GA. He helped me view homes in my price range and with the requirements needed while out-of-state and even helped us find a wonderful mortgage broker. Once we were able to set up a week to visit the area, Mr. Haff gave us a list of homes to visit over 3 days. His extensive knowledge in home construction and repairs allowed us to obtain important information on each of the homes seen. Every day we found at least one home we wanted to bid on. He walked us through the whole process as we've never owned a home before. By the time we left for home, we had an acceptance letter in hand! During the next 6 weeks he was available to answer any questions that arose from our inexperience and helped resolve issues between us and the seller. We closed on the home just last week. We couldn't have completed all this, in the VERY SHORT timeframe we have available to us, without Mr. Haff's expert assistance.

Look no further, Greg is the realtor for you!
As first time homebuyers, my husband and I didn't know what we were doing to be honest. Greg walked us through the entire process step by step. We especially appreciated his construction and contracting background which was extremely helpful with assessing homes in terms of what work would be needed along with making educated estimates regarding costs. Greg also has great connections with credible lenders, closing attorneys, inspectors, etc so we really did not have to look outside of his excellent recommendations for anything throughout the process. We were able to get pre-approved, find our first home, and close in just a few months despite working a difficult seller.
Thanks to Greg, we were able to make it to the closing table and finalize the deal!!
Greg was realistic, honest, and he educated us. We were never pressured into making decisions before we were ready and he did a great job in facilitating us in making the best decisions for our family. He was professional and pleasant, and we are so happy we were able to find a realtor who truly cares for his clients and their well being. But Greg was always there building a bridge to possibility. A multi-disciplined
specialist in real estate and years of building and renovation expertise. He can scan
your home and reveal points of interest, value, and liability. It was good fortune to

I am reviewing Greg twice - once as the buyer and once as the seller. This is my seller review. In short, Greg does his homework on the market to help you price it to get top dollar. When the offers started pouring in, he was extremely well organized, was highly professional with the buyers' agents, and ensured that getting to the closing table was a drama-free event. In the end, he helped us get $75k OVER ask.

This is the 16th house we've purchased. We know what good looks like. Greg was the most creative in helping find something in this insane market, calm and professional with the negotiation, and made the purchase process easy. The longer story... In Oct, I called Greg. Me: "Hey, we found a street with amazing views. We want to look at buying a house." Greg: "Great. Send me the listing." Me: "Yeah....there isn't one." Greg: "OK. Do you know about one coming up." Me: "Nope." Greg: "Got it. So, you want to look in the area?" Me: "No...we want to be on the one street. Oh, and we need a 3-car garage, want the master on the second floor, and won't buy it unless it's high enough up the mountain for the view." Greg: "Got it. Let me get to work." Fast forward 45 days. Greg goes and finds 3 different houses - none of which are currently on the market. One is getting ready to go on the market at the end of Dec. They won't let us see the house, but they do send us the pics. Greg guided us really well in the fact that, in this market, there will likely be a bidding war. If we want the house, we need to move before it hits the market. So, working with Greg, we send them an unsolicited offer based on the pics. They accept. Without going thru a lot of details, suffice it to say that our home inspection turned up some pretty serious issues. So much, that we considered walking....to the point that we asked Greg to show us another house in the neighborhood. Here's where his professionalism and client-focused touch really showed thru. He knew we were annoyed with the issues. He gave us a chance to look at other properties, and in doing so did it in a way that got us to look past our frustration with the process on the contracted property. Once we got that all solved, he helped guide us to the close - doing all the coordination required to get from the offer to the close. In the end, I look at the house we got and the price we paid. In this market, I'm amazed by what we did. And, 100%, we don't get this house (and certainly not at this price) without the work that Greg did. In short, if you are a buyer, you need to work with Greg. Full stop.

Greg was hands down the best agent I’ve ever worked with. He will work hard for you to get you the house you want!! All hours of the day, and weekends too! We looked at 26 houses, and he was up front and honest at each one, offered great advice, whether it was positive or negative about the house. He has extensive knowledge not just on the realtor side, but also on home renovations, repairs, and he can quickly spot things that are of concern. Greg made the entire process from beginning to end fun, he has a great personality!! I would highly recommend Greg for your sale , or purchase . Definitely more than 5 stars!! 🙂

We moved to the Atlanta area from out of state. We met Greg through a realtor friend. It can be an uneasy process placing such a large and important purchase in the hands of someone you just met, especially in a seller’s market with a tight deadline, but Greg’s communication and effort lifted the stress. Greg’s real estate experience and construction background helped in the decision making process as well. From the very beginning, Greg was helpful and listened to our needs and feedback. From late night texts to early morning phone calls, he was available and quick to respond to us. In the end, Greg helped us find a home in an area we never thought was possible. It was a pleasure working with him.
