Greg, a former Sales Manager and VP of Sales & Operations, has decided to follow in his late father’s footsteps and pursue his own career in real estate. A native of Colonie, New York, Greg has lived in metro Atlanta since 1999 and Marietta since 2004. He holds a BS in Interdisciplinary Engineering & Management which led to 20+ years of technical sales roles, but his passion has always been surrounded by homes.
In his youth, contractors replaced the siding on his house and they allowed him to help in exchange for some hands-on training. They introduced tape measures & power tools sparking a love of homes as a pre-teen. Prior to college Greg worked in a lumber and building materials department helping customers with their home renovation projects. In addition to technical sales roles, Greg has 9+ years as a flooring contractor, framer, roofer, trim carpenter, handyman and 3.5 years as an insurance agent. Greg can walk into a house and look beyond the current condition and see the potential of what that house can be. A home. Your home!
Greg is married to his wife of 21 years T.K., they live with their two children Aletta & Brady who attend school in East Cobb. When not showing houses, Greg can be found on the tennis court or at his kid's volleyball or baseball games.

I reached out to Mr. Haff when we knew we wanted to move to GA. He helped me view homes in my price range and with the requirements needed while out-of-state and even helped us find a wonderful mortgage broker. Once we were able to set up a week to visit the area, Mr. Haff gave us a list of homes to visit over 3 days. His extensive knowledge in home construction and repairs allowed us to obtain important information on each of the homes seen. Every day we found at least one home we wanted to bid on. He walked us through the whole process as we've never owned a home before. By the time we left for home, we had an acceptance letter in hand! During the next 6 weeks he was available to answer any questions that arose from our inexperience and helped resolve issues between us and the seller. We closed on the home just last week. We especially appreciated his construction and contracting background which was extremely helpful with assessing homes in terms of what work would be needed along with making educated estimates regarding costs. Greg also has great connections with credible lenders, closing attorneys, inspectors, etc so we really did not have to look outside of his excellent recommendations for anything throughout the process. We were able to get pre-approved, find our first home, and close in just a few months despite working a difficult seller.
